One day after becoming just the second No. 4 seed to defeat a No. 1 seed in the NCAA hockey tournament, the Fighting Irish scored two goals in the final six minutes to become the first No. 4 seed to advance to the Frozen Four since the current 16-team format was adopted in 2003.
