Best athlete to commit to Weis!! One of the best athletes we've landed in the past 12 years. I hear Stockton committed as well.

Humongous pickup for the Irish! Check out some of Cierre's highlight reels. He had 370 yards and 6 TD's in one game last year.

Go Irish!

Weis is bringing in a lot of talent and doing it the right way. He won't compromise ND's integrity/ethics just to bring in a good player. The following quotes are regarding Cierre (Tim Prister - Rivals):

"Interviews with Wood seem to indicate that he is Notre Dame’s type and that he understands the significance of Notre Dame."

"Wood has already committed to participate in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio. He said in an interview at the Anaheim Five-Star Academy that he likes to play chess, read and spend time with his family, which makes him a perfect fit for Notre Dame off the field."
